One way to motivate is to let him teach us the benefits of the web and how the computer works. Observe his ability to be discerning because that is the skill where we see his own improvement, and it matters; but, never impose or all bonding can be lost. If you need him to slow down, communicate correctly. Usually flattery cannot work so check out what is encouragement. 5WH questions will help much according to many but remember to let him carry the torch and own a part of the teamwork also.
