One week after discharge from hospital, this is what a patient gets in her mail. Is it difficult to see why hospital staff would have been very kind and friendly? Is it difficult to see why nobody here would use patients as pawns in inter-professional rivalry? Is it difficult to see why people would sit up and do their work rather than behave like lords and parents to helpless patients? Is it difficult to see why the system will always get better via feedback? When oh when will Nigeria do these simple things rather than sit in mediocrity and fight over superiority? Being resource poor doesnt make us ethically poor.
