One week ago today, we had to let go of our beloved dog, Rockie. She was my sisters dog and she was almost 14. Rockie was unexpected....my brother in law brought her home as a surprise. She looked like a little white bear cub! Rockie was fiercely loyal and protective towards us. She loved my nephews. She welcomed anyone who stepped in the driveway with a loud, intimidating bark. She loved pizza and understood Italian. When she stood on her hind legs, shed tower right over me. She was by far the greatest dog. I was privileged to hold her when she passed over to the other side. Goodbye Rockie. Thank you for everything.
