One year ago, I attended my schools Career Fair and I was lucky enough to get ONE interview, one shot to convey the Kevin value proposition. I was dressed to impress, and I remember being so excited, so pumped to meet and amaze the people who would soon become my family. To me, that day was game day, and all you athletes out there know: we arent stressed on this day. We have a whole season of training under our belts; and being in the spotlight is the moment we are waiting for! So as I stood on the recruiting side in the corridors of Roseman University at this years Career Fair, I was so honored to be surrounded by our schools top talent, knowing very well the range and totality of everyones emotional and psychological state. I know what you all have gone through, and I am rooting for each and every one of you to find your perfect career matches! Today, let your character shine and your values flood the void that companies are trying to fill.
