One year ago today, I left my shift at JPMorgan and decided I wasnt going back. It was the first time in my life Ive walked out of a job, and 12 months later, Ive made more progress than I had in the previous 3 years combined. Some might say I got lucky and that the decisions Ive made in the past year have been risky and reckless, and on some level theyre right. But I stand by every single decision Ive made since then because overall, in spite of the ups and downs, the heartbreak and loss, Im in a far better, happier place than I was then. I regret nothing.
