One year ago today, I took a leap on pure faith and with divine guidance, I opened a Mind, Body, Spirit Center in Trappe, PA. I balanced three jobs and it has not been easy. But the lives we have touched, transformed, empowered, and in some cases, reconnected with God, have made every bump in the road worthwhile. I want to thank each Practitioner and especially Maria Falco-Smith who has been by my side and helped this crazy vision become a successful reality! Thank you, thank you! And if you havent visited yet for some relaxation, meditation, group discussion, Retreat, yoga, life, grief, anxiety, stress or spiritual coaching, check it out! Its a pretty amazing and different kind of wellness center! May God and His Angels continue to guide people to me to help me on this mission which I chose to accept without hesitation and with much risk of being ridiculed, doubted, financially burdened and stressed. But I did it anyway, cause thats just how I roll!!!! The joy in helping others is my reward!
