One year ago, today, I was offered my position as Assistant Baker at Flour & Co as an original staff member. I started training two days later and we opened April 8th 2013. It has been an amazing journey to grow with this bakery! Im so lucky to work for my wonderful bosses, who constantly demonstrate their belief in me, allowing me to make suggestions, collaborate and take responsibilities on a daily basis as well as providing learning experiences and guidance along the way. Also, our food is ridiculously delicious and our Stumptown coffee is heavenly so that doesnt hurt anything.
