One year ago today, many of you spent your Christmas Eve with our family as we laid a very special someone to rest too soon. We chose Silent Night, which was one of my favorite Christmas songs, as the final hymn at Torys funeral service. This Christmas season, admittedly, its been a difficult song for me to hear even though Im sure that Torys singing it alongside the angels this year! Through losing him, we have learned to start living as fully as possible. Not looking for a reason but trusting that there is one even if we dont understand Gods timing. Were all still here for a reason! Tonight, we will gather around our tree and be thankful for all of those who are standing there with us & for our memories of those who are with us in Spirit now.
