Online Parent Circular No. 01-2015 3rd Quarter Exam January 6, 2015 Dear Parents: Happy New Year! This is to respectfully inform you that the Third Quarter Exam will be on January 26, 27, and 28. Please see the details below: Preschool: Kinder 2 (7:30-9:00) Nursery (9:00-10:30) Kinder 1 (10:30-12:00) First Day (Jan 26) Math Computer Second Day (Jan 27) Reading Language Third Day (Jan 28) Filipino Science Grade School & High School: First Day (Jan 26) 7:30-8:00-Morning Prayer/Assemby 8:00-9:00-Values/EsP 9:00-10:00-Araling Panlipunan/Social Studies 10:00-10:30-Snacks 10:30-11:30-MAPEH Second Day (Jan 27) 7:30-8:00-Morning Prayer/Assemby 8:00-9:00-Mathematics 9:00-10:00-Computer Science 10:00-10:30-Snacks 10:30-11:30-EPP/TLE (Gr.4 to 10) Third Day (Jan 28) 7:30-8:00-Morning Prayer/Assemby 8:00-9:00-Science 9:00-10:00-English 10:00-10:30-Snacks 10:30-11:30-Filipino 1. Please secure the exam permit two (2) days before the date to avoid inconvenience. For those who settled the account early, the permit will be given to the adviser and for those who want to know the details of the account, please see Ms. Grace at the Registrar’s Office. Special exams will be on Feb. 2& 3 and please be reminded for those who were not able to pay the following: AMA Musical, Family Day, books and e-books (Grade 4- Grade 10). Please settle your account immediately. 2.For Grades 4 to 10, the room assignment will be posted a day before the exam. Only those necessary materials such as pencils, pens and crayons for the preschool and primary students are allowed to bring, we discouraged bringing the notebooks, textbooks and tablet (E-Book for Grades 4 & 10). Only scratch paper with official logo will be allowed to use during the exam. We are now starting to give pointers for review for third quarter exam, please check your child’s notebook. 3.To further instill discipline, all students are required to wear complete school uniform with ID and follow the proper haircut policy. We will not allow the students to take the exam if they do not follow this basic school policy. 4. As part of our objective of being a school of academic excellence, we will be having remedial classes starting 2nd week of January 2015 to assist/help the students who have difficulty in reading and arithmetic especially in preschool to Grade 3. Please check your child’s reminders notebook for details. 5. We will be sending notice of conference to those students who have difficulty coping with the academic requirements to help them avoid failing grades.
