Online registration for the DLI program lottery for 2015-2016 started Friday, and is available until February 13: pcschools.us/ Online is the only way to apply for this lottery; it does not matter whether you applied first or last, as long as you have your application filled out correctly & entirely, & submitted by February 13 at 4 p.m. More information coming soon, as soon as I can distill all the info succintly.
