If youre headed there this weekend, keep an eye open for Olivia Kvitne - The Lois Lane of Yoga, as she leads donation-based workshops in support of Give Back Yoga. Olivia is committed to bringing #yoga to those who serve, and her workshops are free to veterans, military personnel and first responders. (Look for more from Olivia this coming year, as she coordinates our upcoming Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Resiliency Training to Benefit First Responders at the Sedona Yoga Festival in February 2015!)
