Only 1 and half years old and Nina is down to one day to live unless she is saved from the shelter euth room before it is to late… A volunteer writes: Nina is a spunky young girl in white boots, standing as enthusiastic as a cheerleader in her kennel. Lets go out! Lets have fun! Lets play! What a pretty youngster she is, trim, elegant and so well groomed in her marble cake coat. Nina was for sure owned and well cared for just minutes before she was brought to the care center. She is said to be 1.5 years old but acts like a puppy, silly, a little mouthy and up for any adventure. She seems to like other dogs and play bows to some crossing our path. She walks quite well on the leash and eliminates as soon as we leave the building. Free in a pen, Nina demonstrates some basic skills like sit, stay and come when called, even that Nina is only her given name. She knows what a ball is and will run and jump to catch it and play with it. Tired with so much exercise, Nina collapses on my lap for hugs and kisses. Lovely Nina was found as a stray.
