Only 20 tonnes though. Not much, but still considerable when you take into consideration that the pollution cannot be stopped. It will take a century for Fukushima to pollute the worlds oceans; for a nuclear power plant is an almost inexhaustible supply of pollution. If one is enough for the oceans, how many do we need for our land masses? And what do we do when we cannot eat the food grown there? Thanks to Mochizuki Cheshire Iori for keeping an eye out for these things - for writing about it and of course, sharing it.
