Only 3 weeks until a team from definitions partake in the Insane Terrain course at Washbrook farm motorcross track, Doddington Nr March they are running for a very valued gym member who has suffered a massive brain-stem stroke causing locked in syndrome. The aim is to raise money to help with rehabilitation and to make his quality of life as good as possible. There is a sponsorship form at reception and any donations no matter how small are gratefully received. please also feel free to join us on the day to offer support to the runners. Thank You
