Only Change Changes Things Hello everybody, during my morning walk, I was reflecting on how many great motivational, inspirational and educational books I have probably read through the years and they all share a simple premise “if we do things as we have always done them, we will continue to have the same results” to expect different results is sometimes used as a definition for insanity. So I’d like to throw this out to the group “how does a person change (their ways, thoughts and even actions)?” I know from my sales experiences that change can be very difficult for some people, we become accustomed (habitually) to doing certain things certain ways BUT if we desire to CHANGE our circumstances than we have to change something(s) about ourselves. So I’d like to ask the group “what are some practical ways that we can make changes in our lives” is it as simple as attempting to change our habits?, should there be a systematic method to our “change-making”? In the comment below I have posted scroll 1 of Og Mandino’s classic, it deals with change, making this day THE day that we begin to go in more healthy directions in our lives, rather that has to do with eating habits, work ethic, or business opportunity.
