Only by Your Amazing Grace (Charms – written March 2014 for all my loved ones on facebook) How insignificant I am in the greater scheme of things How incredible your love, grace truly is your blessings fall upon this fragile child, your Amazing Grace brings joy and bliss! It is with gratitude I thank Thee Lord, that Joy and Love touch my life For all that is precious I already have through your Amazing Grace alone! I do not earn reward of own accord for Glory belongs to Your Mighty throne. It is true that you bear witness of everything here on earth sacrifices and shattered dreams; journeys, joys, death and birth. You come to touch brokenness shattered spirits and then bring joy and peace that always lasts over and over again. From Thine hands you bestow upon me talents and gifts abound, on the earthly place, I call home to remind me that I am never alone. My loved ones bring you praise hear our gratitude ringing out loud as we hear that we are saved – we thank Thee For Thy Amazing Grace! How wondrous that amidst all of life, you oversee my flaws and fallacies, even those I deem a disgrace yes, granting us all a starting place. Your teachings speak of re-newed hearts and sets the example I desperately need I believe Lord you set truth in place When the cross came to set me free. What comfort to know without a doubt That it’s when I am at my worst, that I can turn to you oh Lord, the One who loves me most! And I shall delight always that I remain your precious child Who wills to serve you with heart, spirit and mind confessing though weak, I am strong – and shall abide with You dear Lord at my side. You grant me courage and patience, and capacity to forgive, A desire to love and a need to live! I know that you are present amidst my daily life May the enemy and challenges presented And the storm of untruthful voices spoken be quietly stilled by your Perfect Love. And by same token, may it be said that I too will oversee and forgive guarding own words and thoughts. Present to me always, discernment Lord to know that which does not hail from you; that I am not limited by unjust condemnation But live my life according to your plan. And as my words fall softly onto paper, Let not my spirit ever waver orphaned child in search of truth remaining strong and steadfast, striving to live close to you! And I believe I am in all ways spiritually healed At every moment, all is well with me! I give thanks for granting me a voice and the will to overcome! For it is true that only by your Amazing Grace Can we ever reach out, grow and love as humble Jesus would have us be inspired by His Love and Grace from above.
