Only had 24hrs off. Had a blast guest instructing at My Bros annual kids Akido camp. Found time to slip into a coma, & just made it to Kenpo class (What better way to wear the blisters of your feet, from a previous hell hike!). Grabbed an old friend & caught up, while catching the sunset. Then finished the evening by visiting My awesome Grandparents. Grandma even helped Me with My laundry while I was running around this evening.
