Only in my Maryland county Lady Ann of Arundel which is a republican bastion and den of inequity in a sea of democrats statewide can you have a Post Republicon Primary Election UNITY celebration at my Knights of Columbus council home and end up having to call the county police to break up a fracus. In this county you constantly hear conservative grievances about not being able to elect a republicon governor, senator or congressman on statewide elections. The same holds for Anne Arundel which favors only conservatives. The GOP slate that won their primary election this week has a rather dubious and checkered past. People with a past who would hate to tell even their grandmother will likely win their general election in November. One young kid 23 decided to use her fathers good name as a catapult to the state Senate with no life experience. Get a load of this...she went to a southern Bob Jones Bible College and didnt even finish her beauty school training...truly a beauty school dropout. Then she comes off as a buffoon in a news interview unable to answer the simplest questions. Another was de certified in a couple disciplines where licenses are required to conduct business but getting on the state dole is the only livelihood left. Another still I have been told by sensible republicans is lazy and a do nothing but all are ensconced in the body politic of conservatism. It all ended in a unity meeting with insults hurled at one another and hands raised in a threatening manner, shouting, yelling and hissing with a good measure of cursing the air charged with electricity. Dont you just love it. Embarrassed, hell no they have a lock on the general election. I will be LMFAO from my Democratic Hdqtrs home office in Florida in November. In fairness to my Republicon friends I am supporting a friend whom I like in his state house delegate race and he won his primary this week which I am happy for. He is the salt of the earth. He is supportive of labor and measures his comments respecting all points of view.
