Only in this area can we go from 7 degrees this morning(Dulles this morning) to getting rain the same evening. I dont have many changes to the forecast. I think its a minor ice event at best and it should be plain rain for when the more moderate precip comes later tomorrow morning. But there will be enough freezing rain tonight to cause delays. Fairfax has already announced 2 hour delay. the midweek and late week potential snow events look like Peyton Manning at this time:( Looks like we get in a much better pattern for snow towards the last week of January but its going to get really boring for about the next 10 days from what I am seeing now.
