Only just thought about it, I was down on hithermoore on Friday and a polish angler (carrying a telescopic rod and a bag) came upto me and asked what was in there, straight away knew he was a poacher so asked if he had a licence that I had, showed him it and he didnt have a clue, walked off and found him again hiding up the other end of hithermoore fishing for the small fish so reminded him once again that a bailiff is on his way and I suggest he leaves and never comes back, just thought Id let you know, as Im not aware of who to contact directly, we all need to keep an eye out for these types that are poaching and taking our fish.
