Only one weekend, but so many special things happened for which I am extremely proud. On Friday evening, Nov 21, we held our 6th Nordic Club Specialty. Despite being small in number, a very diligent team of the organising committee did a great job this year. A special thanks goes to all exhibitors who come back every year to make this event even more exciting. At the end of the Best in show, Nordic Club announced the most successful dogs of the V FCI group for the show year 2013/2014. Our young hope, Inyabu Sooshka Lee, won 3rd place in the category of Best Junior Show dog. On Saturday I passed my judge exam for 20 more breeds in V FCI group. I would like to thank all the owners who reached out and took the time to bring their dogs in order to help me take the test, and of course to the judges who recognised my effort and hard work when learning the standards of these wonderful breeds! We didn’t miss out on the show results! Our fierce boy, Taysas Voyager, replaced his harness for a brief moment with an show leash and finished the Croatian championship with a bang!!! In a numerous male Siberian Husky open class competition, Taysas Voyager, judged by Franjo Kovacev (HR) won second place and R.CAC title on Saturday exhibition, while judge Avi Marshak (ISR) awarded Taysas Voyager “Dexter” on Sunday with CAC, CACIB, Zagreb Winner and BEST OF BREED titles !!! A sweet icing on the cake was our excellent performance in the big ring where Dexter was shortlisted among 14 dogs (he made the final cut in the first 4 dogs for V FCI group). Thank you dear friends Mirjana, Bojana, Lea, Vladimir, Jelena, Mia, Nina and Vera for your support at the show!
