Oooo-weee, I should do Bedtime Yoga more often! Heres a sweet, little, 16 minute practice from Esther Ekhart of EkhartYoga. Youll need a folded blanket to sit on, a strap (scarf, or belt), and you might want to have a rolled up towel to put under your knee in the forward fold. Always fold straight from your sacrum in forward bends, only coming down slightly, and breathing there. I think Im going to get in the habit of some Beddytime Yoga.
