Open Club Sandwich (A Fusion Dish) Ingredients: A. 2 Hot dog bread, 2 tbsp. grated cheese. B. For the Cutlets: 2 medium size boiled & grated potatoes. 5 tbsp. soaked sabut dana. 2 tbsp. finely chopped green coriander leaves. 1-2 green chillies- finely chopped 1 bread slice- crumbled Salt to taste, 1/8 tsp. red chilli powder Lemon Juice- to taste C. For the Salsa: 1 Onion- chopped 2 tomatoes- blanched, peeled and chopped 2 dry red chillies (soaked in hot water for ½ an hour) Salt to taste, ½ tsp. sugar, 1tbsp vinegar. 1 tbsp. oil D. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup. Method: A. For the Cutlets: 1. Strain the sabut dana. 2. Mix all the ingredients for the cutlets, mould them into roll shape, and deep fry, keep aside. B. For the Salsa: 1. Remove chillies from water. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil add red chillies and cook for a minute. 3. Add onion and tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. Switch off the gas and cool. 5. Coarse grind it. 6. Put it back to cook. Add salt, pepper and cook for 2 minutes. 7. Finally add vinegar switch off the gas. C. For the Hot Dog bread-- 1. Scoop them , apply butter and lightly cook them on both the sides. D. To arrange--- 1. Take a piece and spread 1 tbsp ketchup. 2. Put cutlet on ketchup. 3. On it put some salsa and top with grated cheeseServe
