Personality: (Optional) History: (Optional) (Bonus points for whatever else you can cook up.) STARTER: It was dark, wet and cold as a thunderstorm raged over a heavily-forested area. The air was filled with the droplets and the roaring sounds they made as they pummeled the surfaces of the woods, accompanied by the occasional roar of thunder and flash of lightning. It was some time late in the afternoon within the forest and darkness and rain blotted out everything. The forest seemed deserted and little could be seen but a single vague figure staggering hurriedly across the terrain and among the trees. It didn’t seem human, bearing a humanoid yet canine appearance, and clutched its arm painfully as it ran. The figure seemed vague until a flash of lightning broke through, illuminating the area with bright, flashing light. This revealed the rugged figure to be a young male Lucario, covered in all manner of bruises and deep cuts made from some kind of edged weapon. He was bleeding even then and panted raggedly as he stumbled along, seeming completely exhausted. He had been running for a long time- longer than even a Lucario could stand, and by now he was reaching the end of his rope. The Lucario’s rain-pelted, battered face betrayed the fear he was feeling as he ran for what seemed to be his dear life, fleeing from an unknown pursuer. He also seemed to be crying, but the rain that pelted his face and ran down his fur made that uncertain. He glanced over his shoulder nervously as he staggered swiftly along, checking to see if he was being followed- but there was nothing to be seen in the black deluge beyond him. Unfortunately the Lucario had not been watching where he was going and tripped over a large stone in the ground and tumbled over before falling flat on his face with a heavy thud. He grunted as he struck the hard, wet dirt and remained there for a moment, groaning. Even then he wouldn’t keep still long and looked up, noticing a hollowed-out area among the roots of a tree. Grunting with exertion and a look of desperation on his face, the Lucario crawled over to this hollow and dug into it. Before long he was safe in the tree’s wooden confines and lied down there in the dirt, curled up to keep warm. He shivered as he laid there and remained nervous until he was seized by weariness and slowly closed his eyes. Before long, he had fallen asleep and fell still. (A single RPer may join either as a Pokemon or a Trainer. Everyone’s first impulse will be to find this wounded Lucario, so I’m also presenting the option that they can find him either moments later or the following morning. Your choice.)
