Open-book পরীক্ষা হতে পারলে open-question পরীক্ষা নয় কেন? এটা এখন সময়ের দাবি। এখনতো সব কিছুই খোলার যুগ। খোলা বানিজ্য , খোলা আকাশ, খোলা-মেলা পোশাক ইত্যাদির যুগ। আমাদের শিক্ষা মন্ত্রী একসময় চরম বাম হলেও বর্তমানে চরম ডান। উনি এখন সব কিছু খুলে দেওয়ার নীতিতে বিশ্বাসী। (please see translation at the bottom) সঠিক সময়ে ছাত্রছাত্রীদের হাতে বই পৌছে দিয়ে আমাদের শিক্ষামন্ত্রী বিপুল প্রশংসা কুড়িয়েছেন। যদিও নিন্দুকেরা বইয়ের মান এবং মুদ্রণ স্থান নিয়ে নানান কানাঘুষা করে। নিন্দুকেরা ইদানিং আবার প্রশ্ন ফাঁস নিয়ে তুমুল সমালোচনা শুরু করেছে। এদের মুখ বন্ধ করার একটা উপায় আছে। আর সেটা হলো সকল পরীক্ষার্থী যাতে একই সময়ে বইয়ের সাথে যেন প্রশ্নও পায় তার ব্যাবস্থা করা। তাই আগামী বছর বইয়ের সাথে প্রশ্ন পত্রও পাঠানোর ব্যবস্থা করা হোক যেন সবাই বই এবং প্রশ্ন একসাথে বছরের শুরুতেই পায়। এতে এক ঢিলে দুই পাখি মারা যাবে। (১) তখন অন্তত কেউ বলতে পারবে না যে ফাঁস হয়েছে। :P :P (২) আর ছাত্রছাত্রীরাও সারা বছর ধরে শুধু ওই প্রশ্নগুলো পড়ে শতভাগ CGPA গোল্ডেন ৫ পেয়ে সরকারের কৃতিত্ব আরো অনেক বাড়াতে পারবে। :P :) অনেক জায়গায়তো open-book বা খোলা-বই পরীক্ষা হয়। এটা না হয় open-question বা খোলা-প্রশ্ন পরীক্ষা হলো। তাহলেই তো লেটা চুটে যায়। তাই না? If there can have open-book exam why can’t we have open-question exam? This is era of open sky, open trade, open-book etc. Our education minister is highly acclaimed for handing over the free books to all the students across the country at the same time. However, there are some people who criticize the quality of the book and the place where books are being printed. Recently, people started criticizing our honorable minister severely for widespread question leaking. There is a short-cut way of shutting their big mouth. And it is simple. Just arranging the distribution of both books and question set right at the beginning of the year ensuring that each and every student gets both at the same time. In this way you can kill two birds with one stone. (1) No one can raise question about questions leaking (2) Students too will get ample amount of time to prepare to ensure 100% CGPA golden 5 and enhance credibility of the government. If there can exists open-book exam in the world then why can’t we have open-question exam? That’s it then provided all this is done successfully.
