Open carry thought of the day: I have a friend who is confined to a wheel chair and he has an extremely limited ability to conceal a handgun (remember: if any part of the gun is exposed, thats open carry). He also has an extremely limited ability to retreat like most of us would. Laws that restrict open carry force him to choose between going to a park and his 2nd Amendment right to self-defense.
