Open letter to Federal / Lagos State judiciary: Case of complete ARSON came up on 19 May 2014. The judge announced by himself before all the audience in his court that the court was not going to sit because the generator had no diesel. The prosecutor told me that I can leave and he would forward me next adjournment date later. Nearly two hours later someone called me, “the court is sitting”. I drove back to Apapa. That was exactly when my case was on. The arsonist’s lawyer was in serious argument with the judge that the judge should strike the case out because someone in Lagos State DPP (Directorate of Public Prosecutions) office had told him that DPP advice was out, but the prosecutor failed to produce it. The judge replied to him that he cannot grant his prayer because as a lawyer he supposed to apply for the Certified True Copy of DPP advice and submit it to the court as he was talking now. This is where the conspiracy between the Nigerian Police and Lagos State Magistrate Court duly exposed because Festac Police charged the Arsonist to court on 9 December 2013. This very judge Adekomaya P.A. granted the bail to arsonist and raised objection against himself by ordering the prosecutor to send the file to DPP to issue him advice on the jurisdiction to handle the case. Hopefully the advice about jurisdiction should be addressed and sent to court who needs it. Three groups that concerned about the arson, (1) Lagos State Fire Service, (2) Festac Police, (3) my very self, Anacho I. Uzomba, who is feeling the pain affected by arson, are fully waiting for the day for the trial to expose the evil the arsonist did with evidence. Unfortunately the arsonist is a slave and Lucifer agent to Hausa/Fulani/Yoruba. That is why they are doing everything they can to deceive me and free the arsonist. This is major reason for “One Nigeria”. Clear Arson was committed in January 2012, is still hanging and searching institutions to free the suspects, which is an open crime against Biafran.
