Open to : ILLINOIS, IOWA, KANSAS, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, SD Pabst Brewing Company, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively referred to hereinafter as either the “Company” or “Sponsor”) will conduct the PBR Ski Sweepstakes (hereinafter the “Sweepstakes” or “Contest”) substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows: 1) Description of Contest: One (1) participant who text or mails in enter to win will have a chance to win one (1) travel voucher to the Camden Resort in the Ozarks for a three day, two night stay. Prize also includes a voucher redeemable for one (1) round of 18 holes of golf for two (2) people at the Camden Resort. Approximate retail of grand prize is: $850.00. Secondary prizes include one (1) PBR Wakesurfer and four (4) PBR Summer Gear Packs. Summer Gear Packs include two (2) PBR towels, two (2) PBR cooler bags, two (2) PBR koozies, and two (2) PBR Chairs. Approximate retail value of PBR Wakesurfer is: $250.00. Approximate retail value of PBR Summer Gear Pack: $110.00 2) Dates of Contest: June 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013. A. Contest: The Contest will begin on or about 12:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) June 1, 2013 and end on or about 11:59 PM PDT June 30,2013. Text to win entry information will be on Pabst Blue Ribbon displays in various participating retail locations B. How to Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry: (1) During the Promotion Period, use your mobile phone to text Sweepstakes keywords found on Pabst point of sale at various retail outlets and follow the instructions to be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Participants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to participate via their mobile phone. Participants entering this Sweepstakes via text message may incur a standard text message and/or data charge from their wireless service provider and may receive reply messages. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. (2) During the Promotion Period, mail a Hand printed 3” x 5” card in ink to include your name, address, birth date, email address (optional) and daytime and evening phone number. Mail your entry in an envelope with postage affixed to: PBR Your Summer Sweepstakes, PO Box 40165 Phoenix, AZ 85067-0165. Limit one entry per envelope. No mass or mechanically reproduced entries permitted. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2013. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, mutilated postage due, illegible or incomplete entries. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated, robotic, repetitive, programmed or similar entry methods or agents to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Facsimile and mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Text message entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered owner of the wireless number used to enter. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. WINNER’S LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Winner’s List Address above. Mail must be postmarked by the Winner’s List Request Deadline of no later than 11:59 PM PST June 30, 2013. List will be sent once all prizes have been awarded. Winner’s List Request must be addressed to: Winners List, PBR Your Summer Sweepstakes P.O. 40165, Phoenix, AZ 85067-0165. NO AUTOMATED ENTRIES: You must text or fill out your own entry form without the use of any automated sweepstakes entry filling services or form filling services. The use of any automated, programmed, robotic or similar system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries filled out by anyone other than you will be disqualified. Auto entries prohibited. LIMITON ENTRIES: Limit of one (1) entry per person per day 3. Other Requirements: All information must be present. No Purchase necessary. Prize(s), Eligibility, and Limitations: All mail must be postmarked by 11:59 PM PST January 31, 2013. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 21-years old as determined by the Company on or before January 1, 2013. Only one (1) prize per household will be allowed for the Contest. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. THE DRAWING: Winner will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email, phone and/or mail within one (1) week of the drawing. If after a reasonable number of attempts during a day (as determined by Company in their sole discretion) contact is not made with winner, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner MAY BE selected or, at the discretion of the Company, no prize will be awarded. Winner and guest may each be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of publicity/liability (“Affidavit”) within the time period specified by Company in the letter accompanying the Affidavit (“Prize Letter”) or prize will be forfeited. If mail is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, then prize may be forfeited. Prize will be awarded upon receipt of Affidavit, and verification of prize winner, including age.
