Understanding , Planning and Meeting Customer /Business Needs & Expectations . Proactive engagement to maintain a relationship with customers . Work closely with Business SPOC s to understand workforce needs and provide proactive sourcing plans. Design and drive the implementation plan for timely delivery through the sources of hiring . Planning and coordinating for all walk- in and scheduled events . Key focal point for recruitment escalation process and ensuring all cases are resolved satisfactorily . Responsible for meeting Individual and Team SLAs . Provide management level consultancy and advice in all recruitment matters . Vendor management . Compensation/grade fitment of the selected candidates . Build and maintain a sourcing network and Market Knowledge & Analysis . Responsible for all projects , records & documentation and knowledge transfers within the team . Responsible for designing Mitigation Plans for meeting targets & delivery . Develop & drive continuous Process Improvement Measures. Maintaining all weekly and monthly mandatory reports . Partnering with other HR/Business /Support functions to successfully deliver recruitment targets . Maintaining & updating all ISO audit related team and process documents with no major or minor NC s during internal & external audit .
