Opening day success in WA. Ive been chasing this buck since August and this is the first time Ive set eyes on him since the first time Ive see him. Hunting solo - shot him at 9:37am and didnt get everything back to the truck until 6:45. Covered more than 15 miles and had to climb the 1500 vertical back to the trail with two loads. Every single thing I had with me as absolutely soaked and I am exhausted. Praise God for the opportunity to hunt and spend time in the wilderness like this!
