There is a new office that is being planned in Chennai as well. Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) & IDPS Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) focuses on providing support on financial due diligence, valuation, financial research & benchmarking and other financial advisory services to various E&Y TAS teams all over the world. International Development Partner Support [IDPS] team is one of the teams in TAS, established in 2011 to provide operational and functional support to business development activities of the EY teams catering to donor agencies like World Bank, European Union, DFID, Asian Development Bank amongst others. The IDPS team at GSS works closely with EY IDPS professionals across all geographies in responding to various business opportunities emanating from donor agencies by supporting the IDPS team through delivery of a high quality proposal/Expression of Interest for a given business opportunity. This also includes support in the form of the global repository and other operational services. The team also facilitates tracking of the prospects by maintaining the dashboards. Position Details: Job Title : Analyst Department : Transaction Advisory Services, IDPS team Reporting to : Assistant Manager Location : Gurgaon CTC to be offered: 3.14LPA Variable Incentive: Performance Based Job description: Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities: · To support onshore key accounts teams on tasks transitioned to the GSS and to minimize the time spent by the onsite engagement teams on those tasks; · Provide appropriate support to Onshore Pursuit team · Screen project opportunities by searching published sources and updating the same in a pursuit management tracker · Dispatch project opportunities to EY country / regional contacts across the world · Preparation of Create periodic MIS reports from existing dashboards and databases · Complete pursuit management support including: o Updation and maintenance of Credentials and CVs repository on a regular basis o Support in drafting Approach & Methodology sections of proposals o Support in drafting the Understanding of Scope section o Assist with ad-hoc project work at the request of the Pursuit teams (both external and internal client focused) · Support in undertaking thought leadership activities especially through preparation of white papers on various sectors at a high level or various solutions with a sector focus · Continually interact with onshore EY teams across the globe · Communicate relevant information about the opportunities dispatched to pursuit teams via regular cross-service line newsletters · Coordinate knowledge submissions for TAS account teams to CHS (Community Homespaces) · Assist with ad-hoc project work at the request of the Pursuit teams (both external and internal client focused) Competencies / skills: · Good writing and communication skills (focus on correct grammar and appropriate use of language while communicating with senior Partner-level EY professionals) · Better than average Analytical skills · Ability to work in a team · Attention to detail · Ability to multi-task · IT Skills - Extensive experience of using MS Office PC based system (basic Excel, Word and Powerpoint) Job Specification Education & Experience: · Preferably MBA · 1-2 years general business experience with an exposure to international work environment would be an advantage Interested Students Give name to given profile by tomorrow evening 2.1.2014 to Kanhiya. 9313055299.
