Opening for HR Advisor (Arab Nationals) Provide timely and expert advice / recommendations to the line manager on Centre-related strategies and plans to ensure alignment with the Organization’s strategic direction. Examine the Centre’s proposed annual operational plans and budgets to ensure compliance with its strategic direction and the availability of satisfactory justifications in order to facilitate the senior management’s approval process. Conduct regular audits to ensure that the Centre’s policies, procedures, and processes are carried out in a manner which provides compliance and optimizes performance. Provide technical expert advice and strategic support to line manager in a range of activities related to the Centre of Excellence (e.g. Assessment and Development, Leadership Programs, Policies and Partnerships, and Registrar) in order to facilitate the decision-making process. Examine proposals, conduct research and studies, as well as make recommendations related to the Abu Dhabi government learning and development practices in order to support the learning and development of employees in the Abu Dhabi government entities. Handle special assignments as per the line manager’s directives and lead project teams, from time to time, on a temporary basis to ensure professional and timely achievement of results. Develop and deliver Centre-specific training programs to Centre’s employees; provide work-related guidance and counseling for junior staff in order to ensure transfer of knowledge and career development.
