Does anyone know of really lovely, rustic and cosy B&B, guesthouse or farmstay in any of (i) the eastern/southern Free State; (ii) the Drakensburg; (iii) the Natal Midlands (the more upland part), or (iv) anywhere within 6 hours reach of Johannesburg, but way, way, way, away from Johannesburg. Obviously a place no-one has ever heard of would be totally great. A mountain (or mountains) and lake/river/sizeable pond would be a prerequisite. Birdwatching potential a nice-to-have.
