Operating Procedures Developer Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Negotiable Job Description Develop Plant procedures, policies and other operating discipline for new facilities following procedure templates and guidelines. Incorporate EH&S into all aspects of operating discipline development and delivery demonstrating knowledge and importance of EH&S in plant operations. Work closely with technology experienced plant engineers and technicians to develop, format and deliver plant operationg disciple on schedule. Lead and coordinate reviews of preliminary and final versions of all operating discipline materials to ensure technical accuracy. Technical Degree, Vocational College or apprenticeship in Petrochemical plant operations or significant experience in plant operations. 5 or more years of experirence in Petrochemical plant operations including EH&S, plant startup and shutdow, plant troubleshooting, emergency response, employee training, policy and procedure use.
