Operating an internal-combustion engine without its air filter is a recipe for early failure of the internal parts of the engine. Beyond that, Id purely love to see a double-blind test to see if a vehicle equipped with such a system would actually get better mileage than the equivalent vehicle in its standard configuration. But, of course, no one has actually gotten 200-mpg in a standard automobile, and no one ever will. This is the ultimate in vapor-ware. (Bad pun intended.)
