Operation : Ghost Dancers , is to be a year long concerted effort by all willing, individuals, groups, clubs and organizations within the artifact collecting community. We plan to ramp up our efforts of public out reach, and education, about who we really are, and what we really do. We plan to reach out to our state representatives, and other figures in gov. through e mails social media telephone calls and all legal channels. We will be respectful but firm, in our assurances that the collecting community is not all a part of the very small bad apple element that is less than 4- 5 % and that is a generous estimate. and that through cooperation we can find better ways to address our common goals and the problem bad apples.
