Operation Phoenix Week one Weight 417 Weight loss 14 pounds. This week is the start of the next step, and it will be tough. i will be on a 900 calorie a day liquid diet. This will be interesting, . I do feel better than last week , my back is not as sore as it has been and felt I had a bit more energy till this dam cold got a hold of me. and thanks for all the well wishes from every body, it means a lot.
