Operational updates: * Op Smokeless: 18 days without cigs. * Op GainfullyEmployed: A minimum of one job has been applied to every day. Most days more than one. *Op Primal: Ran 2 times this week. Considering how best to implement dietary alterations. Started using my creatine and protein again. *Op BaseCamp: A prioritized list of articles has been made to fill out the place. Couch, Chairs, Bed, Table...etc. You rarely know how spartan a life you lead until you have others over. Otherwise, I have been experiencing a roller coaster ride of emotions this week. Sometimes high as a kite, others just irritated and unfocused, occasionally melancholic and uncertain. It does feel as though all the changes are taking time to settle and combine in me. I dont know how you all experience it, but it always seems that my mind settles long before my emotions do on any given topic.
