Operations Director – Midlands Operations Director - LD Services covering West/East Midlands & East Anglia £45,000 - £50,000 Eclypse Recruitment presents the fantastic opportunity to join one of the countries leading providers of care to those with Learning Disabilities as an Operations Director. The position offers a very generous salary as well as a car/ allowance alongside other benefits. Responsible for overseeing 50 services covering East/ West Midlands and East Anglia with staff responsibility for up to 1000 staff including 5 Senior Managers. Key Experience/skills:- *Social care background - desirable to have worked in the private sector *Extensive people management *Managing challenging services *Turning round poor performing and poor quality services *Manage a vision of excellence - create a culture of continual improvement *Multisite management *Budget management *Integration of key services *Ability to deliver stretch targets *Resilience, leadership, drive A clear understanding of the Learning Disability sector is required along with experience of liaising with local authorities as well as an extensive working knowledge of relevant care standards and legislation.
