Operations Manager- Power Generation- Nigeria A leading global power company with operations throughout Africa are experiencing a period of rapid growth. They are urgently recruiting for an Operations Manager - Power to manage the Service Contracts of a large business unit in Nigeria. The successful Operations Manager - Power will be responsible for the following: * Managing the service contracts throughout Nigeria * Grow the department though engaging with customers * Indentify and employ high quality technicians capable of carrying out the service contracts. * Maintain high levels of Health and Safety across your business unit * Control of the operations budget The ideal Operations Manager -Power will have the following background: * Previous service background of Diesel or Gas Generators of over 1 MW * At least 5 years experience of managing service contracts * Experience of managing technicians and supervisors in demanding locations * Experience of working in Nigeria is beneficial * Experience of working as an expat is essential You will be offered a competitive salary and expat package with a rotation allowing a flight home 4 times per year.
