Operations Order No. 023 Submission of Letter of Undertaking on Visa Applications Effective immediately, the BI shall allow the submission of Letters of Undertaking to submit NBI Clearance and documents which need authentication abroad but not limited to the following documents: Police Clearance, Birth Certificate, Marriage Contract and Family Register, within a maximum period of sixty (60) days from filing of visa application. Failure to submit the aforesaid documents within the prescribed period shall render the approval visa forfeited.
