It emerges that the county money will be delayed following the rejection of the Budget by the Controller of Budget. Owing to the fact that Health and Early childhood Education, I foresee a situation where even the most basic services like medical services and the teaching of the little kids at the ECDE level. It is a sad fact that At one point the speaker himself threatened everybody in a consultative meeting that he was going to turn into an animal if anyone attempted to revise the allocation for county Assembly. I would not accept this as long as I am alive, he said. What will become of the 117 health workers if Baringo County Budget with be delayed? What will become of the water project near you that was to commence this year with a few millions allocated to it during this 2014/15 budget? What will become of contractors who were awarded a tender to do some job or to do supplies to the county? The dry spell will continue to hit them. William Kassait Kamket is putting his life on matters to do with the public funds and the lives of the people of Baringo County. This is interesting and it reminds me of Amos Kimunya... Talk of devolving arrogance and corruption. Who tried, tested and trusted this leadership. A couple of MCAs are supporting; what will become of this? Our future is dark and we have no future anyway. That us why I keep wondering what our future holds and furthermore, who tried, tested and trusted these people?
