Opportunity call for enthusiastic and ambitious Administration Managerat Habib Oil Mills Pvt Ltd. Required Experience: 20 years’ administration experience in a manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:To analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records. Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies. To monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems(when required). Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations. Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance. Investigate industrial accidents, injuries to determine causes and preventive measures. To review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. To make sure the smooth processing of paperwork for casual labor and data entry of employee information into the payroll system. To supervise the attendance varification , hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. Check and maintain equipment to ensure that it is in working order.
