Opportunity for CNHC registrants to apply for the role of Senior Complementary Therapist at University College London Hospitals (UCLH) NHS Foundation Trust A Senior Complementary Therapist is required to cover an 18 month career break post for 30 hours a week as part of UCLH’s Cancer Services Complementary Therapy Team. The team offers complementary therapies to outpatients in the Cancer Centre and inpatients at the main University College Hospital Tower. The successful candidate will be an experienced complementary therapist, currently practising a minimum of two therapies from aromatherapy, massage therapy, reflexology and Reiki. You will also need to have strong communication skills, excellent complementary therapy skills and proven experience within an NHS setting. You will join a small team of complementary therapists and be expected to provide two days therapy while managing the team. You will have two days administration time. All applicants must complete the Trust’s values assessment which is available via the web link below. The job is based in the UCH Macmillan Cancer Centre, Huntley Street London WC1E 6DH. Applicants will be asked to give a 5 minute presentation laying out their vision for the service during the 18 month contract.
