Options cafe has disappointed me twice with their over priced stale hard pieces of cake and cupcakes. When it happened again I finally complained to the manager and he was courteous enough to listen to the complaint carefully, then he sent in a big slice of cheese cake (which was amazing) and then considered whole of our bill in house. When I insisted on paying the bill as he had already given us the cheesecake for free he kept on apologizing and was adamant on us not paying. I found this something rare these days and so it deserved a mention here..their staff is very kind....I would not be trying anything at the cafe there anymore because nothing is worth it but no doubt their coffee is amazing and economical! Also what would u suggest to have at their restaurant in the basement??
