Orange County Supervisor Todd Spitzer, who represents Anaheim Hills, is called to the dirty carpet by Supervisor Moorlach for giving a campaign consultant, a Orange Unified school Board member, Adrianne Barrios, a nice big fat $25,000 contract. Did I mention, Ms. Barrios is Supervisor Spitzers friend and campaign consultant? Since there was no open competitive selection process and the $25,000 in taxpayer were used, is this fraud? Should our Orange County District Attorney investigate this seemingly very inappropriate financial arrangement?
