Orange Is the New Black star Jason Biggs is known for making controversial jokes on Twitter, and his latest is no exception. The actor tweeted during the season premiere of The Bachelorette - Crazy rule change- instead of voting off the contestants, this season #TheBachelorette gets to kill them off.
