Ordered a laptop in Vancouver to be picked up in the Lasalle - TopicsExpress

Ordered a laptop in Vancouver to be picked up in the Lasalle location in Montreal. Paid for the laptop in full but am told now that the laptop has to be shipped to the Lasalle location before it can be released, as opposed to giving Mrs. P. who went there today to pick it up, and was told they dont even know what shes talking about. If I ordered a laptop, which is paid in full, to be picked up in the Montreal store why can Mrs. P. not pick it up? Best Buy Canada you flubbed again!
