Ordered a present from Aggies as you all know! Have been trying to get in touch with them since they closed without telling anyone, they never bothered to contact anyone who had placed orders to tell them they werent going to complete their orders, Finally after being Sherlock Holmes I have a friend who helped me contact a worker from there. They tell me my gift is there but hasnt been worked on at all! Not only that but the required things that were to go on it werent retrieved when shipped to their door and has since been shipped back to TX! Now I have to go pick up the item, take it to another place and may or may not have it completed by Christmas. If the other pieces arent shipped in time or have been done away with since they were sent back to TX then it could take up to 8 weeks to get it completed after they are reordered! But they are gonna give us a big whopping 30$ off of our purchase! Really? I had to track you down, do not know when I can get it finished, my kid may not have their present in time now and I have to drive to Harrodsburg to get it and take it to another location and you give me 30$ off.. Thanks.. Thats good business right there! If a phone call had been made to me I could have started this process a long time ago!
