Ordering a Christmas gift for my wife on line, I clicked on the option to have the item shipped to my billing address. But then the shipping address came out garbled. So I clicked on Live Chat, reported this to the customer service rep, and asked how I could edit the shipping address. His question to me: What item were you trying to purchase? What possible difference could that make? Do only certain items keep the shipping address from getting garbled when you click on that option? He said he needed the order number. I asked where I would find that. He said it would have come in a confirmation email when I placed the order. I said I didnt place the order because the shipping address was garbled. Oh.
